Paren Digital provides digital marketing, web development, design, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Paren Digital and is protected by copyright laws. Client project deliverables ownership terms are specified in individual service agreements.
4. Payment Terms
- Projects require an advance payment before work begins
- Remaining payments are due upon project milestones or completion
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
5. Project Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may be charged at our standard hourly rate.
6. Limitation of Liability
Paren Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
